Inspiration from the Samuel Coleridge essay.  Too
many ideas and inspirations are left untended just
as the Ostrich leaves untended  eggs
in the Sahara.

This technique is termed memoryware.  Materials:   
Smalti glass, grandmother's buttons, foreign coins
from my travels, parts of my doll's tea set,  old
jewelry, beads from my mother's necklace, spent
pyrometric cones from firing my kiln,   Magnetic
words given to me as a birthday present from my son
who knows I am a poet, shards from old family
dinnerware.
